At BankingZone Our goal is to be as clear and transparent on how services are provided on our platform as possible while it is. Bookings or hiring of any service provider shall be made only after reading our Refund Policy carefully.

BankingZone.live matches you with self-employed contractors who can help with plumbing, electrical work/installation, carpentry and painting as well as home maintenance. We do not provide any services directly and we neither collect or process payments.

All payment for services shall be made in cash directly to the contractor at the time service is rendered or as otherwise mutually agreed.As payment processing is not handled by bankingzone, we do not provide any refunds, cancellations, or financial reimbursements in any circumstance.

You are going to be responsible for any issues relating to payment, including concerns about service quality, unfinished work, disputes over pricing or refund requests as all are directed at the contractor you engaged. It is extremely recommend that the client advises everything pertaining to specifications, prices, and also various other assumptions properly with the professional before the work gets underway, otherwise it might result in misunderstanding.

BankingZone.live does not represent or guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of independent contractors services. Hence we shall not be accountable for any genuine or imagined loss of cash, damage or dissatisfaction occurring due to the solutions made available in case.

If a user have any issues with a contractor, they can report the experience to us for assessment. We may at our option either review or remove contractors from the platform but this will not result in a payment or refund back to you from BankingZone.live.
