independent contractors. They are not employees, agents or representatives of BankingZone.live. Before
hiring contractors, users should have clear communication about costs, timeframes, and scope of work.
All agreements are between the user and contractor only.
You make direct cash payments to the contractor for services. BankingZone.live does not make any
payments, receive or process payment on behalf of contractors. We are not responsible for the any type
(dispute/overcharge etc.) of money related problems between user and service provider.
We attempt to maintain an updated list of vetted and experienced professionals, BankingZone.live does
not endorse or warrant the reliability, accuracy or qualifications of any contractor. It is the user's
responsibility to check credentials, previous work done, and whether or not that contractor can meet
their specific needs.
Independent contractors are responsible for their causes of action and is under no
obligation to make payment for any damages, loss, injury or failure arising from those services. Among
other things, this may include damage to property, unfinished work, delays or bodily injury.
Users only undertake to use the website for legal purposes. Improper use of the platform by
impersonating in the system, participating in fraud, harassment or providing false information might
lead to limited access to or permanent suspension from the platform.
